As in our first class we will begin the evening with the ideal ingredients and techniques used to create a basic but versatile pasta dough. This second session will focus on using an extruder to create beautiful and unique pasta shapes. In addition we will learn how to make and form gnocchi and learn which recipes can easily be made gluten free! We will discuss how best to dry and store your hand made pasta and each student will go home with some to share with family and friends.
Don’t forget the sauce! Chef Daniel will also share some of his favorite sauce recipes with us and we will prepare them as a class for an incredible meal to end the night. For those planning to attend both of our pasta classes we will be sure to introduce new sauces for this second session.
As with all our evening classes, dinner and drinks are included in registration.
