In this first class we will begin with the ideal ingredients and techniques used to create a basic but versatile pasta dough. From there we will roll out and cut the dough into different shapes and sizes. Next you will create tasty fillings and try your hand at a few stuffed pasta shapes. We will discuss how best to dry and store your hand made pasta and each student will go home with some to share with family and friends.
Don’t forget the sauce! Chef Daniel will also share some of his favorite sauce recipes with us and we will prepare them as a class for an incredible meal to end the night.
As with all our evening classes, dinner and drinks are included in registration.
