Chef Daniel Kedan of Backyard Restaurant in Forestville will discuss what flavors and sauce consistencies will best enhance the main component of your dish. From poultry to beef, fish and even vegetarian entrees, Dan will show you simple ways to elevate your cooking. Taste all the sauces in class and even leave with a few servings to use at your next meal.
